Steve Paul opened Exactime Watch & Clock in Glen Carbon, Illinois, after refining his skills for more than 20 years at Hamilton Jewelers in downtown St. Louis, where he was both Head Watchmaker and Service Manager.  His passion for watches and a dream to own his own store finally came true on November 17, 2006.  Steve Paul offers Glen Carbon a refreshing shopping opportunity from the simple watch battery replacement to furnishing your new home with an heirloom Grandfather clock.
