Owner Steve Paul opened Exactime Watch & Clock in Glen Carbon, Illinois, after refining his skills for more than 21 years at Hamilton Jewelers in downtown St. Louis. There, Steve served as both Head Watchmaker and Service Manager. His passion for watches and a dream to own his own store finally came to fruition on November 17, 2006. Steve has run Exactime for 17 years as Head Watchmaker, overseeing every fine-timepiece repair with his 40 years of industry experience.
